First Annual Motorcycle Toy Drive

Menlo Avenue and Martin Luther King Boulevard

Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department’s 77th Street Community Police Station and the Southern California Motorcycle Riders Association will be holding the first annual motorcycle toy ride for the children of South Central Los Angeles.
Participants will gather up at 11:00 a.m. at Menlo Avenue and Martin Luther King Boulevard. The ride will start at 1:00 p.m. going westbound to Crenshaw Boulevard. The ride will cover 22 miles of Los Angeles City and Los Angeles County, escorted by 77th Street Area officers. The ride will end at 7600 South Broadway at the 77th Community Police Station where new and unwrapped toys will be collected and distributed to the children of South Central Los Angeles.
All motorcycles and all riders are welcome and the media is requested to cover this event.
