WHY:     To offer a $50,000 reward for information leading to
             the identity, arrest and prosecution of the person or
             persons responsible for an unsolved murder.

On Saturday, August 25, 2012, around 6:30 p.m., 39-year-old Tyree Rowe was parked in the 1900 block of West 77th Street when he was shot and killed.  There is no apparent motive for this senseless murder.  Detectives have exhausted all investigative leads on this case and are hoping the reward will help bring about new information.  Tyree Rowe was raised in Inglewood and was an aspiring musician at the time of his death.  He is survived by his mother, father and siblings.
