Body of 41-year-old Found In 77th Area NR15889lp

Los Angeles: Homicide detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department’s Criminal Gang Homicide Division are asking for the public’s help in identifying the person or persons responsible for a male’s death.

On November 10, 2015, around 10:15 a.m., 77th Area patrol officers responded to radio call for a dead body located in the 600 block of West 57th Street. When the officers arrived they met with two witnesses who had discovered the victim, a male White, 41 years of age. The witnesses were cleaning the apartments when they found the victim dead inside an apartment.

Los Angeles County Coroner responded and transported the victim to their facility for an autopsy. The identity of the victim is being withheld until the next of kin is notified.

Although this crime has been ruled a homicide, the circumstances of the death are still under investigation.
