WHY: The Los Angeles Police Department will announce a reward of $50,000 for information leading to the identity, arrest, and prosecution of the person or persons responsible for the murder of 59-year-old Philip Osby. The incident occurred on September 12, 2017 in the 2600 block of Vernon Avenue.

In addition, photos and short video clips depicting the suspects will also be released and made available.
