| The suspect and victim have been living together for seven (7) months. On July 11th, 1999, the suspect returned home intoxicated and began to verbally assault the victim. When the victim told the suspect to leave, the suspect became enraged. He picked up the telephone receiver and hit the victim in the head with it three (3) times. The victim, in fear, fled the location. |
