| On March 22, 1992, at approximately 2110 hours, the suspect was driving a 1984 Chevrolet Camaro when he collided with pedestrians, killing two persons and seriously injuring a third. The accident occurred at Pacific Avenue and Fourth Street in the San Pedro area of Los Angeles. Immediately following the collision, the suspect drove approximately three blocks from the scene where he abandoned his vehicle and fled on foot, failing to identify himself or render aid. |
