| On April 14, 1996, at approximately 7:10 p.m., Ocie Goodson was killed by a hit-and-run driver who crashed into her vehicle at the intersection of 135th street and Vermont Avenue. The suspect left his vehicle at the scene after the accident and fled the scene on foot. The suspect failed to identify himself or render aid to the injured as required by law. |
