| On June 7, 1992, at about 0115 hours, the victim, William Gianella, was in his vehicle at 11th Street and Lake Street, in Rampart Area, when the suspect, a known cocaine dealer in the area, approached Gianella�s vehicle. A short conversation ensued and as the victim was attempting to drive away, the suspect and an accomplice, began shooting at the victim. The victim was struck in the head and died at the scene. One suspect was later killed at the same location in an unrelated incident. Cisneros, the remaining suspect, is thought to have fled to El Salvador with another Street Criminals gang member who is also wanted for murder. Cisneros has not been seen in the Los Angeles area since the murder of William Gianella. Cisneros should be considered armed and dangerous. |
