| On August 29, 1998 at approximately 7:15 PM, suspect Alvaro "Largo" Jara drove his vehicle northbound onto Avenue 58 and began to shoot at rival gang members. Suspect Jara fired his handgun two to three times in a northerly direction. One of the rounds fired by Suspect Jara struck the 12 year old victim in the head killing him. |
