Police Requests Public's Assistance in Locating Missing Person

PRESS RELEASE
Monday, April 26, 1999


The family of Willjude Tacsuan (Adult missing person) and the Los Angeles Police Department request the public's assistance in locating the above person.

Missing Person Willjude Tacsuan was last seen on Sunday, April 25, 1999 at approximately 6:45 p.m. Tacsuan and his mother were visiting a friend on the 400 block of Virgil Avenue, when he went to the bathroom and did not return. Tacsuan could not be located. Tacsuan's mother reported the incident to Rampart Area.

Willjude Tacsuan is a male Filipino, 23 years old, 5'6" tall, 120 pounds, thin/medium built with a mental condition of a 5-year-old. Additionally, Tacsuan is deaf and mute.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Tacsuan is urged to contact the Los Angeles Police Department, Rampart Area at 213-485-4063 or Missing Person Unit at 213-485-5381.
