"Bel Air Couple Robbed at Gunpoint"
Bel Air-On Thursday, April 20, 2000 at approximately 10:50PM, a husband and wife were returning to their residence located on Casiano Road in the Northern Bel Air area. The victims, a male and a female couple in their 70's, parked their vehicle in their garage as they were approached by two suspects. One of the suspects pointed a chrome .45 semi-automatic pistol at the male victim and removed his property. The same suspect then approached the female victim and removed her property. Both suspects fled the location on foot. A short while thereafter, a vehicle was heard leaving the location at a high rate of speed. No shots were fired and the victims were not hurt during the incident.
Property taken was the victims' wallet and jewelry.
Suspect descriptions:
Suspect #1: Male, Asian, 25-30 years old, black baseball cap, dark clothing and dark gloves.
Suspect #2: Male, unknown nationality, 25-30 years old, black ski mask, dark clothing and gloves.
