Homicide Investigation

Los Angeles - On Tuesday, April 17, 2001 at approximately 1:00 p.m., Northeast Area patrol officers responded to a radio call concerning a death investigation in an apartment complex in the 4400 block of Los Feliz Boulevard. Upon responding, the officers observed the body of a female inside of her residence. The victim, approximately 60 years of age, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The cause of death has not been determined and no suspects are in custody. The identity of the victim is being withheld pending notification of the next of kin.
