Eighteen Year Old Found Dead In Her Closet

 

Los Angeles: On Sunday, April 14, 2002, at approximately 12:35 a.m., an eighteen year old Chinese female, identified as Linda Au, was found dead in her bedroom closet. She was found underneath a pile of clothes by her mother.

The death has been classified as a homicide but the cause of death has not been determined. At this time no suspect(s) have been identified.

This investigation is being conducted by Detectives Joe Preciado and Tom Herman of the Hollenbeck Homicide Unit. They are asking for the public's assistance in solving this crime and can be reached at 323-526-3114. Information can be phoned in to a 24 hour toll free number at 1-877-529-3855.
