"Collision Results in Death of Two Pacific Palisades Residents"

 

Los Angeles: On April 2, 2004, at about 7:50 p.m., a fatal traffic collision occurred on Temescal Canyon Drive, south of Sunset Boulevard, in the Pacific Palisades area of Los Angeles.

An 18 year-old male resident of Los Angeles, was driving his pick-up truck north on Temescal Canyon Drive, when he collided with two pedestrians crossing east on Temescal Canyon Drive.

The pedestrians, a 73 year-old female and a 79 year-old male, both residents of Pacific Palisades died at the scene as a result of their injuries. Their names are being withheld pending notification to their family.

The motive for the collision us unknown at this time. The driver of the pick-up truck was not arrested and is currently under investigation.
