Los Angeles Chief of Police William J. Bratton; Mr. Gerald Chaleff, Commanding Officer, Consent Decree Bureau; Mr. John Mack, President of The Los Angeles Urban League; Dr. Lorie Fridell, Director of Research, Police Executive Research Forum, and; Representatives from Community Based Organizations.

Los Angeles: On behalf of the Los Angeles Police Department, Chief William J. Bratton would like to extend an invitation to a meeting concerning the topic of racial profiling. This is one in a continuing series of community gatherings that will provide an opportunity to participate in discussions concerning the manner in which racial profiling data is gathered and analyzed. Copies of the latest data collected will be provided.

Please join Los Angeles Police Chief Bratton and representatives from community based organizations, as they collectively begin their journey to understand this very complex issue.
