"Seeking the Public’s Assistance in Locating Missing Woman"

Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department and the family of Judy Carol Palmer is asking for the public’s help in locating Ms. Palmer.

Judy Palmer was last seen on April 17, 2004, at about 8:00 p.m. at her daughter’s residence located on the 8800 block of Eton Ave in Canoga Park. Ms. Palmer was last seen driving a white, 2002 Ford, Ranger P/U, Lic #6W99768. She has not been seen or heard from since.

Judy Palmer is described as a sixty year old female white, 5’01", 115 pounds, blond hair, blue eyes, and light complexion. She was last seen wearing a white sweater, blue jeans and white/pink Tennis shoes.

It is possible that Ms. Palmer may be in the company of her ex-boyfriend, Paul Wesley Baker. Ms. Palmer filed a restraining order against Mr. Baker. Mr. Baker is described as a male white, 43 yrs old, 6’ft, 180 lbs, blond hair and blue eyes. Mr. Baker may be driving a Tan, 2 door, Ford Bronco, license plate number 4ALM389.
