Gang Related Shooting Leaves One Dead

Los Angeles: On April 25, 2004 at approximately 6:36 a.m., Northeast Area uniformed officers and Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded to 327 South Avenue 60 in the Highland Park area to investigate the report of shots being fired at the location. Upon arrival the paramedics tended to a male Hispanic, who appeared to be in his 20’s, and appeared to be suffering from gunshot wounds to his body.

Paramedics transported the victim to a local area hospital where he died as a result of his injuries. This incident appears to be gang related. No suspect or weapon information is available at this time. No Identity of the victim is available at this time.
