Newspaper Deliveryman Shot and Killed

 

Los Angeles: This morning, a Los Angeles Times Newspaper deliveryman was found shot to death in front of 108 E. 95th Street in Los Angeles.

At approximately 0545 hours, Alejo Amador Ortiz, was delivering Los Angeles Times newspapers in the area of 95th and Main Streets in the City of Los Angeles, when unknown suspect(s) shot Ortiz and left the area.

Mr. Ortiz, a Los Angeles resident is described as a 56 year old, male Hispanic.

Mr. Ortiz was pronounced dead at the scene by the paramedics.

The motive appears to be robbery.

There is no suspect or weapon description at this time.
