Why:
On June 30, 2006, four persons were gunned down in a drive-by shooting in front of 1149 E. 49th Street in Los Angeles.
Larry Marcial, 22; Luis Cervantes, 17; David Marcial, 10; died of their wounds. Another 12-year-old boy survived.
