News conference to announce reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the death of Carlos Munoz.

WHY:           
On January 1, 2011, at around 11 p.m., Carlos Munoz was killed and other victims were wounded in North Hollywood by unknown suspect(s). There is a reward being offered to identify the suspects.
