WHY: The LAPD and Winner International have partnered up with “The Club” to help some victims whose lives were turned upside down when their car was taken. The LAPD Mission Area is being proactive by taking preventative action for those who have been victimized by car thieves. Mission Area has been given the unique opportunity to provide victims with “The Club” to assist those from becoming victims once again.
