Jose Luis Saenz has been identified as the prime suspect in a double homicide, which occurred on July 25, 1998. In that incident suspect Saenz and a juvenile accomplice, who is in custody, ambushed and executed two unarmed victims. The motive is believed to be gang related.
On August 5, 1998, suspect Saenz abducted his ex-girlfriend at gunpoint from the Aliso Village area. The victim was taken to an East Los Angeles location and shot to death. It is believed the motive may have been to silence her as a potential witness. Suspect Saenz is considered armed and extremely dangerous.
