Missing Person Alert

LOS ANGELES POLICE DEPARTMENT
PRESS RELEASE
Friday, August 13, 1999

The family of Frank Chase Jr. (adult missing person) and the Los Angeles Police Department requests the public's assistance in locating above missing person.

Missing Person, Frank Chase Jr. was last seen on August 12, 1999 at approximately 6:00 AM. He was last seen driving northbound on Prairie Ave at 141st St in the city of Hawthorne. His vehicle is a 1978 2 door Chevy Monza, copper color with a tan hard top, license plate number: 3GGN403. He is described as African-American with black and gray hair, and brown eyes. He is 5 foot 7 inches tall and weighs approximately 150 lbs. The missing person is missing two bottom teeth. Missing person may suffer some memory loss due to a stroke he recently suffered. He also takes medication for high blood pressure. The above missing person does not have his medication with him.
