"Central City Association 'Thank You' Barbecue"
Los Angeles - The Central City Association of Los Angeles is hosting a "Thank You" Barbecue on Friday, September 1, 2000, at noon at Pershing Square. Invitations have also been extended to the Highway Patrol, Sheriff's Department, Fire Department, FBI and Secret Service for their participation in making the Democratic National Convention an overwhelming success. The agenda includes brief thank you comments and having lots of food and entertainment for all.
All personnel who took part in the planning and operations of the Convention are encouraged to attend this worthwhile event.
