Los Angeles: On Thursday, August 23, 2001, at approximately 9:40 a.m., a fatal traffic collision occurred in the 4500 block of Huntington Drive. 41-year-old Terry Steiner, a resident of Los Angeles, was driving her 1989 Toyota Tercel southbound on Huntington Drive at a high rate of speed, when she lost control, ran off the roadway, and collided with a power pole.

Steiner was transported to the University of Southern California Medical Center where she died as a result of her injuries. This investigation is on going.
