Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department’s Wilshire Area Robbery Detectives are seeking the public’s help in identifying the suspects responsible for the armed robbery that occurred at the Yoshinoya Beef Bowl Restaurant located at 2897 West Olympic Boulevard in Los Angeles.

On July 24 2003, at 2:50 a.m., just as the restaurant was closing 3 male Black suspects posing as customers robbed the restaurant at gunpoint. During the robbery the restaurant employee was forced at gunpoint to open the safe and the suspects then took the currency.

The suspects are described as follows:

Suspect-1: 5’9", 140 pounds, 18-20 years old, wearing a white T-shirt and gray shiny shorts, he was also wearing shiny earrings in both ears.

Suspect-2: 5’8", 140 pounds, 18-20 years old, wearing a black long-sleeved shirt. He had a light mustache.

Suspect 3: 5’9", 160 pounds, 18-20 years old, covered his face with his T-shirt.

No arrests have been made at this time.
