Julia Cruz has been found in the City of Pico Rivera.  She is safe and will be returned home to her family.

Los Angeles: The family of Julia Cruz and the Los Angeles Police Department request the public’s assistance in locating Cruz.

Cruz was last seen on August 27, 2013, around 5 p.m., at her home in the 700 block of North Wilton Place.  She left the location with her walker and bath chair and has not been seen or heard from since.  Cruz suffers from Alzheimer’s disease, and has left home before on two occasions. Both times she was located in the area of Western Avenue and Olympic Boulevard.  Her family is very concerned for her safety.

Cruz is described as an 80-year-old female white with gray hair and brown eyes.  She stands
5 feet tall and weighs about 235 pounds.  She was last seen wearing a blue shirt, blue jeans and black shoes.
