Why:
Robbery-Homicide detectives are asking for the public’s help in locating a taxi cab driver that targets lone females and is responsible for at least 5 sexual assaults.

The series of sexual assaults are believed to occur between August and December 2008.

A composite drawing of the sexual assault suspect will be released at the news conference as well as photos of the victim who was set ablaze.
