WHY:    
The Los Angeles Police Department, in planning for the announcement of the BART Trial verdict, requesting that All Media vehicles park in the following locations only:

Along the East curb of Broadway, North of Temple Street and also on the West curb of Spring Street, North of Temple Street.  At the direction of the Incident Commander, absolutely No Media Parking will be allowed south of Temple Street between Temple Street and 1st Street.  The Northwest corner of Spring Street and Temple will be the designated Media Viewing Area.
