Why:
To apprehend those responsible for killing fourteen-year-old Daisy Garcia who was shot in front of her home in the 1300 block of South Toberman Street while celebrating the 4th of July holiday with her family and neighbors.  Detectives say a group of suspects from the north end of the street fired several shots at a group on the south side of the street.  The shots missed the intended target and struck Daisy Garcia.  The gunman remains at large.  A reward is being offered to help track down the suspect.
