To reenact a deadly traffic collision that provides high-school-aged youths with theopportunity to see how devastating a traffic collision can be, driving home the message that nationally someone dies in an alcohol-related collision “every 15 minutes.” It is a powerful and effective visual exercise that will be staged on Cesar Chavez East of North Hill Place, allowing student participants to observe the collision investigation from North Hill Place, which is elevated above Caesar Chavez.
