LAPD Academy Graduation

Los Angeles Police Department Recruit Officer Graduation Ceremony for Class 8-11

LAPD Command Staff and Special Guests

WHY:
The Los Angeles Police Department will graduate 40 police officers, with 36 males and 4 females.  The ethnic breakdown of the graduates is as follows: 14 Caucasians, 18 Hispanics, four Asians, two African Americans and two Filipinos.  Graduating officers have completed 920 hours of training over the course of 24 weeks. Four of the graduates will report to Los Angeles World Airports.
