To ask for the community’s help in finding the suspects responsible for the brutal murder of 75-year-old Min Yin. Councilwoman Jan Perry and the Los Angeles City Council approved a $50,000 reward offer for information leading to the identification, apprehension, and conviction of the person or persons responsible for killing Mr. Yin.
