Robbery Homicide Detectives Arrest a Suspect in Connection with Kidnapping NR13112ne

Los Angeles:  Los Angeles Police Detectives assigned to Robbery Homicide Division have arrested a suspect associated with the kidnapping on March 27th of a 10-year-old Northridge girl.

Location of Arrest:  18200 block of Rayen Street, Northridge CA
Date and Time of Arrest:  March 31, 2013, early Sunday Morning
Charge:  207(A)PC Kidnap
Bail:  $1,000.000.00
Location Booked:  LAPD Metropolitain Jail

The second suspect wanted in connection with this case Tobias Dustin Summers, is still being sought for his involvement with the kidnapping.  Investigators have reason to believe that Summers may be in the San Diego area and may have changed his appearance by shaving his head.  Anyone who with information about Summers is urged to contact the RHD tip line at 213-486-6890.  Anyone observing Summers is urged to call 911 immediately.
