Los Angeles:  Los Angeles Police Department Northeast Homicide Detectives are asking for the public’s help in providing any information that would lead to the arrest of the suspect(s) who killed Conrad Gomez.  

On Tuesday, November 11, 2014, around 9:25 p.m., Northeast Division patrol officers responded to a radio call of a shooting in the 6000 block of Fayette Street.  The victim, later identified as Conrad Gomez, was found in a driveway with multiple gunshot wounds to his body.  

The initial police investigation revealed that Mr. Gomez became involved in a dispute with suspects, described as male Hispanics, between the ages of 16-20 years old.  The suspect(s) shot Mr. Gomez multiple times with a handgun and fled the scene.

Mr. Gomez was pronounced dead at scene by Los Angeles Fire Department personnel.

The motive for this incident appears to be gang related.
