The LAPD Baseball Team players will be taking this opportunity to meet with 400 boys and girls to give away toys and take a pledge to say no to drugs, gangs, crime, and bullying. The children will also pledge to respect their parents, teachers, and elders. The LAPD Baseball Team feels this is an important step in developing respectful, hardworking, and confident young children soon to be young adults.

Police Officers in uniform will also be present with their police vehicles. Come join LA’s Finest as they build self-esteem, confidence, give out toys, and teach kids to be winners where ever they go!

The LAPD baseball team is made up of all sworn LAPD Officers.  The team has been playing competitive charity baseball for over 127 years. They play locally and travel throughout the United States to play in Police and Fire Department’s baseball tournaments.
They host free youth baseball clinics and community events to help bring law enforcement, youth, and local communities together through America’s favorite past time. They promote healthy lifestyles, physical fitness, and team work amongst our youth, while helping create gang free, drug free, crime free communities.
