WHY: To discuss a unique community partnership that will bring members of the Jewish community into the Reserve Corps. The Reserve Corps realizes that the community is the department’s greatest resource for crime abatement. In an ongoing effort to recruit all, the reserve academy training will be modified to allow for the observance of the Sabbath and Jewish holidays.
