WHY: Join us in standing tall and affirming: Los Angeles is a community committed to Unity, Love, and Mutual Respect; that we reject hatred in any form; that we commit to stand in defense of each other in times of vulnerability or danger; that we vow to protect the sanctity of each other’s sacred sites; that we cherish the memory and legacy of our beloved ancestors and their teaching of “Love thy Neighbor as Yourself”.

We stand in solidarity with those communities already wounded by hate: The violence against our First Nations, Hindus, Sikhs, so many other; our desecrated cemeteries, the arson and vandalism in mosques: our heart goes out to those violated by hate. We say: We Will Stand United, We Will Live Together in Peace.

We Stand Together: Rabbis, Imams, Ministers, Pastors, Hindu, Buddhist, Sikh priests, and Native American Elders, Elected officials (City, County, and State), law enforcement, and community leaders: together representing the intricate tapestry of beautiful Los Angeles.
