Los Angles: The families of
Armani Phan Mathews, Stephanie Hout and the Los Angeles Police
Department’s Hollenbeck Division are asking for the public’s help
in locating them.
On February 4, 2019, at 3:30 p.m., both juveniles left their school
on the 200 block of South Avenue 20. The juveniles were last seen
walking westbound on North Broadway towards Downtown Los
Angeles.

Both juveniles are friends and attend school together. The
Juveniles may be traveling to the City of Lancaster by unknown
means.

The juveniles are in good physical and mental health but, per
family members, both may have displayed symptoms of
depression.

Armani Phan Mathews is described as a 11 years old, female Asian,
black hair, brown eyes, standing at 4 feet 09 inches tall, weighing
approximately112 pounds, lives in Lincoln Heights area. She was
last seen wearing burgundy school shirt, purple pants, and black
& white Adidas shoes.

Stephanie Hout, is described as a 12 years old, female Hispanic,
blonde hair, brown eyes, standing at 5 feet 1 inch tall, weighing
approximately115 pounds, lives in Lincoln Heights area. She was
last seen wearing burgundy school shirt, black pants, and black
shoes.
