WHO: LAPD Centurions Football Team Members of the Los Angeles Chargers Football Team Students and Staff of Blind Children’s Center of Los Angeles

WHY: On Monday, October 28, 2019, the LAPD Centurion Football Team will be serving lunch to staff and students at the center. The Centurions are a non-profit organization, playing charity tackle football around the country against other law enforcement and public safety agencies. The Centurions have been playing football for charity for approximately 40 years. During that time, they have donated over $500,000.00 to their charity, the Blind Children’s Center of Los Angeles.

The Centurions are members of the National Public Safety Football League, which is made up of multiple law enforcement and public safety agency’s such as NYPD, FDNY, Dallas Police, LASD, San Diego, and several other teams. We thank you for your support!
