41-Year-Old Critical Missing Woman Suffers from Down Syndrome NR19318rc

UPDATE

The Los Angeles Police Department received information that Noc has
been seen several times in the Chinatown area of Los Angeles. The
most recent was in early January 2020. She was seen walking near
Hill Street and Alpine Street.

Los Angeles: The family of Noc Dinh and the Los
Angeles Police Department’s Missing Person’s Unit are asking for
the public’s help in locating Ms. Dinh.

On November 17, 2019, around 10 a.m., Ms. Dinh was seen by her
family in the 800 block of N. Broadway in the City of Los Angeles.
Her family is concerned that she has not been found. She suffers
from Down Syndrome and was possibly last seen on BUS line 45 in
Chinatown. She has limited speech and may need medical
attention.

Ms. Dinh is described as a 41-year-old Asian female with black hair
and black eyes. She stands 4 feet 5 inches tall and weighs around
120 pounds. She was last seen wearing a white shirt and dark blue
pants.
