Keynote speakers, United States Attorney General John Ashcroft and New York City Police Commissioner Raymond W. Kelly will address IACP delegates and provide the latest developments, changes and direction of law enforcement.

Los Angeles Convention Center , West Hall, 1201 South Figueroa Street

Monday, November 15, 2004

Time:
10:00 – 11:30 a.m.

Los Angeles: The Los Angeles International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) will feature Keynote speakers, United States Attorney General John Ashcroft and New York City Police Commissioner Raymond W. Kelly at the 1 st General Assembly. These speakers are at the highest levels of law enforcement and will address the IACP delegates at these important sessions to relay critical announcements regarding law enforcement.

Both speakers will also inform them on the latest developments and provide insight in the changes and direction of law enforcement.
