Diaz, Javier Ramiro

CRIME INFORMATION
On August 4, 2002 at approximately 6:40 A.M., Javier Diaz was driving his 1987 Nissan Maxima southbound on Rampart Boulevard when he ran off the roadway and collided with a street sign. Diaz was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence of an intoxicant and released on his own recognizance. Central Traffic Detectives investigating the case determined that Diaz was a habitual driving under the influence offender. Diaz failed to show up for court in 2002 and all attempts to serve an arrest warrant have failed.
