Violent Crimes Special Section

The Violent Crime Special Section (VCSS) personnel are assigned to the Organized Theft Unit. The Organized Theft Unit assumes investigative responsibility for all arrests and crime reports that involve targeted robbery suspects involved in organized theft groups, or which meet a group distraction/diversion profile.
