"Community March Against Crime"

Westlake - On Thursday, December 21, 2000, at 6:30 p.m., the Los Angeles Police Department's Rampart Community Police Station, the Westlake Protectors Neighborhood Watch Group and other Westlake members will participate in a community march vigil against crime. The group will assemble in front of Westlake Plumbing and Hardware Store, 1810 West James Wood Street. The group will march northbound on Beacon Street to 8th Street, westbound on 8th Street to Alvarado Street, southbound on Alvarado Street to James Wood Street, then eastbound back to the start location.
