Los Angeles: On Wednesday, December 18, 2002, at approximately 6:20 a.m., Foothill Area patrol officers responded to a dead body investigation on the southbound 210 Freeway off ramp at Wheatland Avenue in Lake View Terrace. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers were directed to the body of an unidentified male Hispanic, lying on the shoulder of the off ramp. The cause of death was undetermined at the time of the preliminary investigation.

Foothill Area homicide detectives responded to the crime scene. The investigation of the crime scene and initial witness interviews revealed the victim’s body was discovered by a truck driver exiting the freeway.
