Detectives Request Assistance in locating Sexual Assault Suspect

When:
Monday, December 13, 2004 , at 11:00 a.m.

Where:
Rampart Detective Division, 303 South Union Avenue, Los Angeles

Los Angeles: Rampart Area Sex Crime Detectives are asking the public’s assistance in locating a suspect who is wanted in connection with three sexual assaults that occurred in the Rampart Area on March 15th, July 14th, and November 26th of 2004.

In all three attacks, lone female pedestrian victims were approached from the rear by the suspect. The suspect held a knife to the victims’ throat, forced them to a secluded and dark parking lot or cul-de-sac. He then sexually assaulted the victims.

The suspect is described as a male Black, 5’8”-6’1”, 140-180 lbs., 20-30 years of age, medium complexion with a thin mustache. The suspect may speak some Spanish .

A composite drawing of the suspect will be released during the news conference.
