Los Angeles: On December 11, 2004 , at about 7:00 p.m. , Los Angeles Police Department, Hollywood officers responded to a traffic accident in the 1400 block of Hobart Boulevard .

Officers observed the victim unconscious behind the wheel of his vehicle. Los Angeles City Fire Department personnel responded and transported the victim to a local hospital where he died as a result of his injuries.

Detectives investigation revealed the victim, identified as Jose Carreno, 32 year-old, resident of Los Angeles , was shot in his vehicle in the 1500 block of Hobart Boulevard . He was able to drive away southbound Hobart , crossing Sunset Boulevard, colliding with several vehicles before coming to a stop.
