When:
Saturday, December 18, 2004 , from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Where:
Intersection of Victory Boulevard and Ranchito Avenue , Los Angeles

Los Angeles: To heighten Holiday Traffic Awareness and reduce pedestrian fatalities Valley Traffic Division, Community Traffic Service Unit, will conduct a Crosswalk Enforcement Detail.

Police Officer Kurt Garcia will be dressed as Santa Claus and will cross the intersection at Victory Boulevard and Ranchito Avenue . Valley Traffic Motor Officers will stop cars and issue citations or warnings to all motorists who violate Santa Claus’s “right of way.”
