Man Shot on the Balcony of his Home

Los Angeles:  Foothill detectives are investigating the death of a man who was shot while standing on the balcony of his home at 10200 block of Pinewood Avenue in Tujunga.

On Thursday, December 1, 2005, at about 12:50 a.m., a man knocked at the front door of the victim's home.  The victim a male, Filipino in his 30's talked to the man from the balcony of his condominium and was shot for an unknown reason.  The suspect was seen running from the location wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, shorts and white tennis shoes.  

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The name is being withheld pending notification of his family.
